Ras 同源基因-Rho相關螺旋卷曲蛋白激酶(Ras homolog gene/a Rho-associated coiled coil-forming protein kinase,Rho-ROCK)信號途徑是中樞神經系統(tǒng)中普遍存在的一條通路，是介導抑制性信號阻斷中樞神經細胞再生的重要途徑。

Y-27632:
(1R,4r)-4-((R)-1-aminoethyl)-N-(pyridine-4-yl) cyclohexane-carboxamid-2HCl, is a Rho-associated kinase (ROCK) inhibitor. Y-27632 has been shown to prevent apoptosis as well as enhance the survival and cloning efficiency of dissociated human embryonic stem (ES) cells without affecting their pluripotency.

Purity:
Greater than 99% as determined by LC/MS analysis. LC/MS and/or NMR data available upon request.

Biological Activity:
Tested active for culturing human iPS cells in serum-free medium on Matrigel coated plates.
